Delete a quarantine range - v1

Deletes the quarantine range for an infected resource. When you delete a quarantine range, all the snapshots on the resource are again available for restore and download. Both v1 and v2 Quarantine APIs are supported for Endpoints, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
